4.2 All fees for the Course are non-refundable, except as provided for in clause 11 (Refunds).

 4.3 ll Goods purchased require a one-time payment, which can be made through various methods, including Stripe. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, ensure all information is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and notifying us of unauthorized account use.

7. Termination

We may terminate Your Account immediately if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease.

9.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share the Course content without prior written consent from the Delphine Designer Program.

10.1 Participants agree to engage in the Course with honesty and integrity and to refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the learning experience of others.

10.2 Delphine Designer Program reserves the right to remove any participant from the Course who engages in behavior that violates these terms and conditions.

11. Refunds

11.1 Refunds for the Course will only be provided if the Delphine Designer Program cancels it or is unable to provide it as advertised.

11.2 Participants may request a refund after the participant has finished the course and the participant has proven that the course was not helpful. Refund requests must be made in writing to julie@delphinedesigner.ai

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delphine Designer Program shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Course.

12.2 Delphine Designer Program has the freedom to decide about the content of the course. Delphine Designer Program gives no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Course content, and participants enroll in the Course at their own risk.

13.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
